When you can’t get online

The iModus notifications system provides multiple methods of getting the message out, but what happens when you can’t get to an online access point?  Our Bureau Service solves that problem.  As long as you can access a phone line – any phone will do – our Bureau Service can send your message to the groups you choose.

  • All you need is a phone line and the 0800 number that is provided.
  • You’ll be talking to a real person who will talk you through the messaging system asking you for the information you would normally input yourself.
  • You can choose to message via all the usual facilities – phone, email, SMS, pager, etc.
  • You can use it to launch ConferenceCall facilities.
  • It’s audited exactly as it would be if you were using it yourself so you’ll have the information to review after the event.
  • It’s secure – our bureau staff cannot access any of your information, only the message sending system.
