To improve the recipt of your notifications, the Sequencing the module will provide you with a sophisticated means of delivering critical messages.  This ‘hunts’ through a predetermined sequence of people and devices, selecting them by convenience, order and time of day, sending the same message to each until the recipient acknowledges receipt. This ensures that everyone in your group gets information in the correct sequence and cannot ignore or miss messages. The escalation process works through an automated set of actions to ensure your communication system in critical situations is completely robust.

The system enables:

  • The administrator to choose the recipients of any given message and can eliminate any who are currently known to be unavailable
  • A deputy to be assigned to provide a safeguard against critical information being missed or ignored
  • Each person to set their own device delivery methods so they choose how they are contacted
