An alternative messaging service

The more ways your message is delivered the more likely your people are to be right up to date with any important information during an incident.  Adding the BlackBerry PIN option just adds another option to the way in which people get information.

This uses the BlackBerry Messenger system to deliver messages, meaning that even when the mobile phone system is out of range or offline, the BlackBerry can pick information up via the data service as long as a WiFi connection is available.

Use the PIN directory of your BlackBerry Enterprise Server to provide the PINs for the devices you want to include and these are added to your designated message recipients along with their landline and mobile information.

Messages will be delivered through the data system, as well as, or instead of, SMS, so no SMS costs are incurred.

In emergencies there can never be too many routes to ensure critical information gets through; iModus aims to provide as many options as possible.  Find out more by calling 0800 035 0081 or emailing us at sales@vocal.co.uk
