Ensure everyone is safe

When an incident occurs it can be difficult to know if all your staff members are safe. In a fire or other disaster the disruption can make tracking everyone down a major challenge. SafeCall provides the facility to stay in control of your staff’s safety and ensure rapid action if someone is genuinely missing.

The system is based on staff calling in after an incident starts to flag that they are OK – a live roll call. People check in with a PIN code (which can be any combination or length, so it could be based on your employee numbers), but, if someone has forgotten their code, they can leave a voice mail that is accessible to your administrator to check.

• The system is based on landlines with dedicated numbers hosted by the iModus system, so it will work even if your own system is down.

• You can use an existing number to avoid people having to learn a new one or a freephone number accessible worldwide.

• Messages can go to multiple devices to increase the chance of staff acknowledgement.

• There are 750 lines available so employees calling in will get through without queuing.

• The messages and acknowledgements are audited and reports are provided in .pdf in order to prove they have not been edited or .xlsx to allow for manipulation, giving real time information and validation of process in any post-incident reviews.
