Email initiation
This iModus solution supports monitoring tools that issue email notifications. It extends your communations reach, through the use of an iModus email address which is set up and attached to a communication group. iModus will then broadcast the notification immediately to those contacts you’ve associated to the communication group.
Web services / api initiation
A more advanced version where the monitoring application can programmatically trigger messages through iModus. This solution give your greater management control, enabling you to send different mesages, and use different devices, whatever is appropriate to the severity of the IT issue.
- Messages can be delivered to teams or individuals on a single broadcast or an escalation sequential call system, ensuring rota’s and first responders can be contacted in order.
- Messages can be delivered via SMS, Voice, Pager, Email or iModusMail for desktop applications.
- Messages can be one way or require acknowledgement and acceptance ensuring no business critical message is missed.
