Everyone has differing needs as far as support is concerned and that’s why we have different options tailored to suit your needs. Depending on the range of services you’re subscribed to, support is available in four packages, with options to add paid-for services on an ad hoc basis.
Services can include:
- Import/export facilities for your data so input time is reduced
- Annual system tests to ensure everything operates as it’s supposed to
- Full audit facilities for your services so you can carry out review and analysis post-incident
- System training with a variety of options to suit your preferences
- Service support to deal with problems quickly and effectively
- Reports on incidents and maintenance of your plans
